Team Captain
Mike Kapetanakis has been named Senior Team Captain for the remainder of the season. Mike continually demonstrates leadership by example through his attendance, as a student, as well as his leadership during competitions and practice (even when injured). He has been a constant positive force with the Dolphins for 4 seasons. Congratulations Mike on your outstanding leadership.
Dolphin Duals Event
Ocean Lakes had a very successful Saturday, December 8th in the Dolphin Duals The team went 4-1 and finished 2nd for the first time in 4 years. The outstanding wrestler was Paul Moye with a 5-0 record, 7-0 season record and leads the team with 6 falls. Other outstanding performances were contributed by 103-Shane Ulfig 4-1, 112-Allen Harcourt 4-1, 125/130-Kyle Robertson, 135-Mike Kapetanankis 3-1, 160-shared by Brandon Meeks and Brandon Burmeister going 4-1 and 215-Ryan Sparling 4-1.
